Applications
Applications are the things you are controlling with this dashboard. They can be either local or external and this just means whether or not they use OpenAthens software (also configured via this interface) or any other type such as Shibboleth or Simple SAML, in which case it's just about controlling their appearance in the OpenAthens federation.
The page displays a list of your applications, their type, and any access restrictions you have placed on who can configure that application - you will not see applications that you do not have permission to configure.
