Troubleshooting display problems
If your view of the administration interface seems a little off, it may be one of the following:
Browser window is too narrow
We have tried to design the site to work at resolutions as small as 1024 x 768. If your browser is displaying a smaller width than 1024, some parts of the site may not appear where expected
No icons appearing
With the exception of the OpenAthens logo, all the icons are font based which allows for things such as better scaling for accessibility and several other advantages. If they do not appear, the font download setting in your browser may have been set to disabled. Depending on your set-up, you may need your IT department to enable this for you.
Some functions not appearing
Convenience functions such as the search preference setting require the browser to support HTML 5. If you are using an older browser such as IE 8 or older, these functions may not appear.
Certain settings may only be visible to the domain administrator and will not be visible if you are logged in as or acting as an organisation administrator.
