Browser policy

We recommend that users always use an up-to-date browser with the latest security patches. This will provide an improved user experience as newer browsers are able to support more features.

We monitor the usage of our products to identify the browsers that are actually used by customers.  This information, alongside data on which browsers are supported by their developers, is used to determine the browsers we test product releases against.

We test OpenAthens products against the browsers and versions shown in the table below:

The risk of encountering browser specific issues when using the browsers and versions listed in the above table is low.  Any issues that are found should be reported to the OpenAthens service desk.
